Request Modelio account deletion
Email saifex.apps@outlook.com with the subject “Modelio account deletion”. Send from the account’s email address where possible, and identify the account you want deleted. If you cannot access that mailbox, explain this so ownership can be verified. Never send your password or a full payment-card number.
This public contact route applies to Modelio accounts, including test accounts. Modelio is still in development; it does not imply a public store release. Uninstalling the app is not an account-deletion request.
Verified development-build option
The inspected development build provides Profile → Settings → Delete account, followed by confirmation and password reauthentication. Availability depends on the installed build and deployed database function. If it is absent or fails, use the email route above. This website has not independently verified production deployment or completed a real account deletion.
Data covered and possible retention
The request covers your account and associated profile, listings, portfolio/uploads and other account data. The development flow removes user-owned storage objects and invokes database account deletion. Some shared review/report records are de-linked rather than completely erased. Copies held by other users, legally necessary records and provider backups may require separate handling; exact production retention periods and deployment must be confirmed by support. No unverified “everything is erased instantly” promise is made.
Identity verification may be required. GDPR requests normally require a response within one month, with permitted extensions explained where needed. You can ask for the scope and retention grounds for your particular request. See the privacy rights section.
Other Saifex apps
Vaktija has no Saifex user account. Local settings can be removed through device/app-data settings. Store subscriptions must be managed separately in Google Play or Apple; deleting local data does not cancel renewal. Contact saifex.apps@outlook.com for privacy requests about other apps.
