Using Saifex applications
These terms describe use of the apps offered under Saifex, an independent developer brand based in Slovenia. Use the service lawfully and respect these terms and the store terms applying to your download. This document does not describe Saifex as a registered company. Questions: saifex.apps@outlook.com.
Features and availability
Vaktija Slovenija and Učimo se slovenščino are available on Android and iOS. Modelio and Factory Boss are in development. Development or test versions are available only where explicitly provided. Features and availability differ by platform and version. Development previews are not promises of released functionality. Changes affecting paid subscriptions are subject to applicable store rules and consumer law.
Accounts
Vaktija does not require a Saifex account. Modelio’s development implementation uses an account; keep credentials secure and provide accurate profile information. Account deletion instructions are available here. Deleting an app or account does not cancel an unrelated app-store subscription.
Content and acceptable use
Where marketplace functions are available, you remain responsible for listings, photos, messages and reviews you submit. Upload only content you may lawfully use. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive or privacy-infringing material. Report harmful content to support. Access may be restricted or content removed when necessary to address violations, subject to applicable law and available review procedures.
Vaktija Premium: yearly subscription
Premium only removes advertisements. All other Vaktija features remain available without Premium. Purchasing it also supports continued development and maintenance. It is a one-year auto-renewable subscription, not a one-time lifetime purchase.
Your store shows the current localized price and billing terms before you confirm. Price and currency can vary by region. Google Play handles Android purchases; Apple App Store/StoreKit handles the iOS version. Saifex does not collect card details. Subscription availability depends on the store listing and account.
Renewal is automatic unless cancelled according to the relevant store’s deadlines and rules. Manage or cancel through the Google Play or Apple account used for the purchase, or the app’s subscription-management link. Uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal. When you cancel renewal, Premium remains active until the valid paid period expires; a refunded or revoked purchase may end entitlement earlier.
Restore Purchases is available where supported, including in the iOS Premium flow. Use the original store account. Google Play and Apple subscriptions are separate; this is not a promise of cross-platform transfer. Refund requests follow the purchasing platform’s rules and applicable consumer rights: Google Play refunds / Apple refunds.

Accuracy and reminders
Prayer data comes from a third-party prayer-time data provider over HTTPS, with caching/fallback for connectivity issues. Check the selected city, date and freshness, and consult a trusted local source if times are uncertain. Compass direction depends on device location and sensor accuracy. Reminders depend on OS permissions and device settings; uninterrupted delivery or silent/Focus bypass is not guaranteed. These tools do not replace religious guidance.
Intellectual property
Respect the rights in software, branding and original content, as well as third-party and open-source licences. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to third-party material. Statutory rights and uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to maintain useful services but cannot promise error-free or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support about a defect or paid-service issue; applicable law and store rules determine available remedies.
Privacy and changes
See the Privacy Policy for app-specific data practices. These terms may be revised as services change, with the date updated here and additional notice where required. A revision does not remove existing mandatory rights or turn policy acceptance into advertising consent.
